Dr. Bartlett earned her PhD in Nursing, focused in Nursing Education, from UNLV, her MSN from Old Dominion University, and her BSN from Cleveland State University.She has been a nurse educator, both in hospitals and colleges, since 1999.Her research interests center on nursing education (simulation, technical innovation, ethics, and curriculum development). She completed a two-year program in clinical ethics consultation at Bon Secours Richmond and has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on nursing ethics.Dr. Bartlett has extensive experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of simulation across the nursing. Her textbook contributions include updates for the electronic version of the 8th edition of Fundamentals in Nursing: The Art and Science of Person-Centered Nursing Care by Taylor, Lillis, and Lynn.
