A diverse campus environment enhances teaching and learning, workforce preparedness, civic engagement, and social responsibility. Mercer University’s Georgia Baptist College of Nursing graduates are intentionally prepared to enter the nursing workforce with the competence and confidence to advocate for the health care needs of a diverse population.
