Lyric Ford attended Gordon State College in Barnesville, Georgia where she received an associate’s degree in Psychology and soon after received a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Prior to this position, Lyric served as a Registrar Assistant at Mercer University’s Cecil B. Day Campus. During this time, she was responsible for helping incoming students with registration, maintaining vital student records and various clerical needs.

Outside of work, Lyric enjoys thrift shopping, trying new foods, and binge-watching classic television shows.
