PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE A MERCER-MACON STUDENT SEEKING TO ENTER THE NURSING PROGRAM:  Mercer-Institutional Financial Support (received prior to beginning nursing coursework)  is not continued when a student enters the nursing program. Nursing college faculty members make decisions regarding competitive academic scholarships. Outside non-Mercer scholarships/loan may continue; you are encouraged to check your sources of funding.  Please contact a Mercer Financial Aid staff member, if you have questions.  Students are strongly encouraged to seek outside scholarship and loan opportunities.

Undergraduate
Tuition Pre-Licensure students: $11,190 per semester for 12 to 17 semester hours; enrollment in fewer than 12 semester hours or more than 17 semester hours will be at a rate of $932 per semester hour.

RN-BSN students (licensed RNs): $350 per semester credit hour

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Purchase of a lab Nurse Pak is required for courses and information is available from course instructors
Nursing Central Software Fee $150 upon initial enrollment into NUR 302
ATI Standardized Testing Fee $262 annual fee (charged Fall Semester) for NUR 302

$232 annual fee (charged Fall Semester) for NUR 400

Special Events Orientation Fee - $40 charged for NUR 301
White Coat Ceremony - $40 (charged in Fall Semester, NUR 302)
Pinning and Graduation Fee: $150
Miscellaneous Fees Transcripts: No charge for regular request; $25 on demand
Make-up examinations: $25 per examination
Reservation Deposit:  $200; applicable to tuition.  Non-refundable.

Returned check fee of $50.00 or 1% of the face value of any returned check (whichever is greater).
Graduate Note:

The College is a recipient of financial support through Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Nurse Faculty Loan Program (NFLP).   Students eligible for NFLP are notified of all application deadlines.  All correspondence is made through a student's Mercer Email address.  There are no extensions for missing application deadlines.

Tuition MSN: $9928.00 per semester for 9 to 14 semester hours; enrollment in fewer than nine semester hours or more than 14 semester hours will be at a rate of $1103.00 per semester hour

DNP: $6990.00 per semester for 6-8 hours; enrollment in fewer than 6 semester hours or more than 8 hours will be at a rate of $1165.00/hour. 

PhD: $10,481.00 per semester for 9-10 hours; enrollment in fewer than 9 semester hours or more than 10 hours will be at a rate of $1165/hour.

There are additional costs for students in all programs, such as  CPR and criminal background check.  These fees are not on a Mercer University billing statement but will be required to be completed by the student..
